~The Power of Attitude~
Our lives are not determined by what happens to
us, but how we react to what happens; not by what life brings to us,
but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a
chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a
catalyst... a spark that creates extraordinary results.
So upon that poem you just read: best describes
us as the WSAD Lady Mustang Team. We arrived at the 19th USA
Deaf Women's Basketball National Tournament as a union of one team.
We have shown everyone what we were capable of with positive
attitudes and playing our hearts out on the basketball court.
Communication, support, motivations, and working together as a team
was the key...not only to win games...but to claim 3rd Place out of
8 women's teams.
The Lady Mustangs consisted of 7 veterans and 2
